Please be reminded that Culture Hair is not responsible for lost orders. The US Post Office will assist you with locating your order if you do not receive it 24 hours of expected delivery date. Please note some orders may be delayed due to COVID-19. Holidays do not count as business days, so we are not responsible for it being delayed.
